GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak sales periods, delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will assist customers with video gaming needs, stock and merchandise shelves, maintain a clean store, and help meet sales and loss-prevention goals while following company policies. Availability during holidays and peak days is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs, recommending items and guiding purchases.
• Support store visual and operational aspects and participate in holiday sales initiatives.
• Stock and restock merchandise, ensure shelves are organized and properly presented.
• Assist in achieving sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and professionally, escalate to a keyholder as needed.
• Follow loss prevention practices and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies, including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
