Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service by greeting guests and assisting with their video gaming needs.
• Support store selling initiatives and maintain the shopping environment during the holiday season.
• Keep all store areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to company guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure attractive presentation on the selling floor.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
