Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, help with video gaming needs, suggest add-ons.
• Maintain clean, organized store and assist with sales initiatives.
• Stock shelves, transfer products from stock room to floor.
• Assist in achieving sales, profit and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues when needed.
• Follow store policies and safety practices at all times.
