Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support the overall shopping environment, including visual and operational aspects, and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures, ensuring products are well-presented and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Assist in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly, escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including awareness of scams and safety best practices.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethical responsibilities.
