GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support store teams during peak days with a focus on sales, store maintenance, and customer service.

The ideal candidate prioritizes guest satisfaction, can work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and has prior retail or guest service experience. This is a short-term, seasonal position at our store locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, recommending items, and thanking guests for choosing GameStop.
• Support the shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per company guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise, transfer products from stock room to sales floor, present and alphabetize items.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, stay aware of scams, follow safety best practices.
• Adhere to all GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.
