Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support the store environment, visuals, and sales initiatives during peak season.
• Collaborate to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist with stocking and restocking merchandise and presenting products on the floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues when needed.
• Follow loss prevention practices and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to all GameStop policies and procedures.
