GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team on a short-term basis during peak shopping periods. You will focus on sales, store maintenance, and delivering outstanding guest service in a vibrant, gaming-focused environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, helping with video game needs, stocking merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store, and assisting in meeting sales goals while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, recommending items, and showing gratitude at every transaction.
• Support the overall shopping environment, visual and operational aspects, and participate in holiday sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures, ensuring items are presented and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Help the team meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and elevate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices; stay aware of scams and safety best practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
