Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak holiday periods. You will focus on sales, guest service, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment while applying GameStop’s Circle of Life model.

You will help with stocking, merchandising, and customer assistance to meet seasonal goals. The role requires availability for peak seasonal days and a customer-first attitude, with prior retail or guest service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with gaming needs.
• Support store operations, sales initiatives, and holiday season goals.
• Collaborate with store team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented on the selling floor.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly, elevating issues when needed to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
