Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep the store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise, and keep products well-presented and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Answer guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including safety awareness.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
