Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs, upsell items, and thank guests during transactions.
• Support shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise; move products from stock room to selling floor and keep shelves organized.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Assist in inventory control and loss prevention; stay aware of scams and safety practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.
