Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store maintenance and merchandising according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure shelves are well-presented.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals while addressing guest questions promptly.
