Job summary

Total Wine & More in California seeks a Front End Team Member to provide fast, friendly service, process transactions accurately, and help customers find products they need. This cashier role may also serve as a sales assistant or merchandiser as needed.

You will greet customers, promote our loyalty program, build product knowledge through training, maintain store safety and cleanliness, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to support store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience; retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers and provide a personalized service experience.
• Promote loyalty programs and assist with product questions.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and store policies.
