Job summary

Total Wine & More in Florence, KY is seeking a friendly Front End Team Member (Cashier) to deliver fast, accurate transactions and a welcoming shopping experience. Seasonal positions may transition to non-seasonal roles based on business needs.

You’ll process sales, assist customers with questions, promote the loyalty program, and help maintain a clean, compliant store while following alcohol sale regulations and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and promoting loyalty programs.
• Provide product information and answer customer questions to enhance the shopping experience.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store and ensure compliance with alcohol sale regulations.
• Assist with stock, merchandising, and other duties as assigned.
• Support cross-functional responsibilities as needed.
