• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers, provide a personalized experience, and promote products and loyalty programs.
• Build product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and cleanliness and comply with alcohol sale laws.
• Perform cross‑functional duties as needed and support merchandising.
