Total Wine & More in Austin, TX is seeking a friendly cashier/front end team member to deliver fast, accurate service and protect the store experience. You will handle transactions, answer questions, promote the loyalty program, and help customers find products while maintaining a clean, compliant environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of retail experience, familiarity with POS systems, and flexibility for evenings and weekends; must be 21+, able to lift heavy cases, and eager to learn

Qualifications

High school diploma preferred.
1–3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
Able to work evenings and weekends.
Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Answer questions and promote loyalty programs.
Bag, handle, and package products for customers.
Provide a personalized customer experience and build relationships.
Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol laws.
Complete cross-functional duties as assigned.
