Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member to provide fast, friendly cashier service and assist with sales, product knowledge, and loyalty programs. You will handle transactions, answer questions, and help stock and merchandise as needed.

Seasonal position with potential for non-seasonal opportunities. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of experience in retail, with familiarity using POS systems and inventory software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Deliver exceptional service, greet customers, and promote loyalty programs.
• Provide product information and build customer relationships.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Support cross-functional duties as needed.
