Total Wine & More in Fresno, CA seeks a Front End Team Member to provide fast, friendly checkout and assist customers with product questions. You will handle transactions, promote the loyalty program, and maintain a welcoming store environment while following alcohol-sell laws.

This seasonal role offers training, store discounts, benefits, and flexibility to cover evenings and weekends, with opportunities to transition to non-seasonal positions based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, answering inquiries, promoting loyalty program, and bagging product.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
