Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member to provide fast and friendly cashier service in our Delaware store. You will process sales, greet customers, promote loyalty programs, and assist with stock and merchandising.

Training on wine and beer categories will support your ability to answer questions and drive sales. You will work as part of the Front End Team, reporting to store management, with opportunities for seasonal or non-seasonal roles based on store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Provide product knowledge through training on wine, spirits, and beer.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, ads, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and cleanliness and comply with alcohol sale laws.
• Perform cross-functional duties as assigned.
