Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Deliver friendly, personalized service by greeting customers and building relationships.
• Promote loyalty programs and provide product information across wine, spirits, and beer categories.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions and store policies; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Adhere to all laws related to alcohol sales and maintain a compliant store environment.
