Qualifications

• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and loyalty program promotion.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and provide product information.
• Provide exceptional service and handle questions to ensure a positive visit.
• Assist with training and product knowledge across wine, spirits, and beer.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol laws.
