Total Wine & More in Cary, NC is hiring a Seasonal Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly cashier service. You will process sales, answer questions, promote loyalty programs, and assist shoppers throughout their visit.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–3 years retail experience, and familiarity with POS systems. You’ll work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, with comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers, promote loyalty programs, and provide a personalized shopping experience.
• Build product knowledge through wine, spirits and beer training.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and store policies.
• Ensure a safe and compliant store environment and assist with cross-functional duties.
