Total Wine & More in Concord, NC seeks a Front End Team Member (Cashier/Sales) for a seasonal role. You will process transactions, engage customers, promote loyalty programs, and maintain product knowledge while ensuring a safe, compliant store environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, and participating in wine, spirits, and beer training. Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends) is required and applicants must be 21+.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional service and greet customers to build relationships.
• Inform customers about products, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Participate in training for wine, spirits, and beer.
