Total Wine & More in Wilmington, NC is hiring Seasonal Front End Team Members (cashier). You will handle transactions, assist customers, and support promotions while adhering to alcohol-sale laws. Roles may rotate to sales associate or merchandiser as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, inquiries, loyalty program promotion, and bagging.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and building relationships.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities as assigned.
