Total Wine & More in North Carolina is seeking a Seasonal Front End Team Member to provide fast, friendly service at the register and assist customers with product knowledge. The role may also include responsibilities as a sales associate or merchandiser/stock associate, reporting to store management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Promote loyalty program and bagging product.
• Provide a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Build product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure adherence to laws and safety standards for selling alcohol.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities as assigned.
