Total Wine & More in Cary, NC is seeking a Front End Team Member (Cashier) to deliver fast, friendly service, process transactions, and promote loyalty programs.

You will greet customers, answer questions, and help with product knowledge while maintaining store safety and compliance with alcohol-sale laws. The role may expand to sales associate or merchandiser roles with flexible evenings/weekends. Total Rewards program supports health, PTO and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Answer inquiries and promote loyalty program; bag items and assist customers.
• Provide exceptional service and build relationships with customers.
• Participate in training to build product knowledge on wine, spirits and beer.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness and comply with alcohol sale laws.
