Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member to provide fast, friendly service at the checkout and assist customers with product questions. You will handle transactions, promote our loyalty program, and maintain knowledge of promotions and safety standards.

The role may include cross-functional tasks as a seasonal position, with emphasis on accurate transactions and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.
• 1-3 years of work experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Deliver exceptional service and personalize the customer experience; greet customers and build relationships.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to alcohol sale and a safe store environment.
