Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member in the United States to provide fast, friendly cashier service and guide customers through promotions. You may also serve as a sales associate or merchandiser and will report to the store management team.

You will process transactions, greet customers, promote the loyalty program, and maintain product knowledge across wine, spirits, and beer. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional service and build customer relationships.
• Promote loyalty programs and related services.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
