Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member to help provide fast, friendly cashier service. You will process sales, promote the loyalty program, and assist customers with product knowledge while adhering to store policies. The role may also include duties as a sales associate or merchandiser.

You will be responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and ensuring a positive visit experience. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and teamwork.
• 1-3 years of work experience, retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, verify IDs, handle payments, promote loyalty program, and bag products.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store and ensure compliance with alcohol sale laws.
