Pet Paradise in Matthews, NC is seeking a Seasonal Front Desk Associate who loves pets. You’ll warmly greet pet parents and guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and help coordinate pet care and room assignments while providing friendly, attentive service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service role, such as Customer Service, Call Center, or Receptionist.
• Detail oriented with a sense of urgency and excellent customer service.
• Cheerful, friendly, and positive team attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to documentation.
• Enjoys problem solving to provide a premier guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and their pets, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Organize and process check-ins and check-outs.
• Walk dogs for drop-off and pickup and coordinate suite placements.
• Answer calls, respond to voicemails and emails promptly with problem-solving approach.
• Handle cashier and point-of-sale operations.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and support cat room and resort routines.
• Coordinate with veterinary service team and schedule status updates.
• Prepare suites and be familiar with harness types for pets.
