Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills.
• Calm demeanor when handling guest inquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and over the phone.
• Use the computer system to check guests in/out and take reservations.
• Collect revenues from room rentals and other purchases accurately.
• Provide directions and activity suggestions to guests.
• Manage security for guests by controlling room keys.
• Assist with luggage and housekeeping turnover as needed.
