Job summary

Schweitzer is seeking a Part Time Seasonal Front Desk Associate to greet guests, handle inquiries, and promote resort amenities. You will manage reservations, check-in/check-out, and process payments with a friendly, calm demeanor.

Flexible shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays) and operating front desk systems such as SMS, Onity, and Lynx are required. A High school diploma or GED and at least one year in customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with front desk software and payment processing helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests face to face and by phone.
• Operate the phone switchboard and handle inquiries.
• Check guests in/out and assist with reservations.
• Collect revenues from room rentals and purchases.
• Provide directions and activity suggestions.
• Use front desk systems such as SMS/Onity/Lynx.
• Secure room keys and manage cash drops.
• Prepare cash reports and process credit card verification.
