Schweitzer in Sandpoint, ID is seeking a Guest Services Representative for seasonal winter operations. The role processes sales, tickets, and season passes, answers calls, and balances tills using our POS system. Responsibilities

• Process sales and order fulfillment through our Point of Sale computer system, including processing discounts, coupons and other product specials.
• Sell daily lift ticket products as well as season long products, including parking, lockers and season passes.
• Answer phone and return calls on our Guest Service phone line.
• Balance cash and card transactions within the daily till and point of sale.
• Handle both positive and negative guest interactions with grace and composure.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of Schweitzer and all product offerings including village activities and events.
