Qualifications

• Process reservations and update guest records in the system.
• Provide resort information, promote activities, and upsell services.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain front desk area and handle cashiering and payments.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
