Job summary

The Workforce Group a LEMOINE company is seeking organized, solution-focused individuals to serve as Front Desk Administrators in support of our Emergency Response Logistics Support Reservists Cadre Team. You will manage check-in/out for field staff deployed to disaster recovery operations and ensure smooth hotel transitions with accurate lodging records.

Ideal candidates are available to deploy quickly, work irregular hours, and communicate effectively with hotel staff and field teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel operations or logistics preferred.
• Able to handle fast-paced interactions and keep accurate records.
• Proficient with MS Office and mobile communication tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist deployed personnel during hotel check-in and check-out processes.
• Set up check-in areas, including tables, signage, and reminders.
• Distribute room keys and track assignments using rosters.
• Maintain lodging records and real-time occupancy data.
• Coordinate with hotel staff to confirm reservations.
• Locate alternate accommodations when hotels are full.
• Provide guidance and clear instructions to personnel.
• Troubleshoot lodging issues and escalate to logistics.
• Support field operations with admin and logistics teams.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
