Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality management or related field desirable.
• Spanish-language skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests upon arrival and checks in/out.
• Assists in room assignments and accommodates special requests.
• Communicates services and amenities to guests.
• Pre-registration and blocking of rooms as needed.
• Handles mail, packages, and messages for guests.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Follows safety procedures and accident prevention policies.
• Performs additional tasks as requested by management.
