Job summary

International Cosmetics & Perfumes is seeking a Fragrance Specialist (Creed) for a temporary/seasonal role at Crystals Las Vegas, NV.

The position focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving Creed sales through in-store events and personalized service. You will collaborate with the General Manager and Creed team to meet sales goals and maintain brand standards. Candidate should have passion for luxury fragrances and be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant retail sales experience; fragrance or luxury goods preferred.
• Strong sales experience in retail/fragrance industry.
• Experience in building relationships in a retail environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, event planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers and reporting tools.
• Flexible and able to multi-task in a retail setting.
• Physical ability to move in-store and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Champion Customer Experience and support store sales.
• Drive store-level sales and support Creed sales plan.
• Meet personal sales goals and promote Creed and intersell.
• Execute market calendar action plans, presell launches and events.
• Engage with customers to build brand awareness.
• Attend and participate in morning and department-wide meetings.
• Collaborate with management to drive all aspects of the business.
• Open/close duties if based in boutique location.
