Job summary

Brobston Group's Crystals Las Vegas is seeking a Fragrance Specialist (Creed) to deliver a branded customer experience, drive sales, and promote Creed products. You will work on the shop floor at Crystals Las Vegas, reporting to the General Manager, Creed Crystals and Forum Shops.

The role requires at least 3 years in retail, preferably fragrance or luxury; excellent communication; ability to build relationships, support events, and open/close duties at boutique.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience, fragrance or luxury goods preferred.
Strong sales experience in retail/fragrance industry.
Experience building customer relationships in retail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail, event planning, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Champion customer experience and drive sales at store level.
Support Creed sales team to achieve sales plans.
Achieve personal sales goals and promote Creed and upsell.
Plan and execute market-calendar events and presell launches.
Engage with customers to build brand awareness.
Lead morning and department meetings with management.
Open and close when in boutique location.
