Job summary

International Cosmetics and Perfumes at Woodbury Outlet Boutique in Central Valley, NY is seeking a Fragrance Specialist for Creed. You will deliver a branded customer experience, drive sales, and promote Creed products through engaging service and in-store events.

You should have at least 3 years of luxury retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. This non-exempt role offers a competitive hourly rate, benefits, and opportunities to grow with our team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant and strong retail sales experience; fragrance, beauty or luxury goods preferred.
• Experience demonstrating strong sales in retail/fragrance industry.
• Comfortable in a retail environment and building relationships.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, event planning and organizational skills.
• Good technical computer skills and familiarity with reporting tools.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and multitasking.
• Physical ability to move in store and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Champion and drive the Customer Experience and sales strategy.
• Drive store-level sales and support Creed sales team to achieve plan.
• Meet personal sales goals and promote Creed and intersell including launches.
• Execute market calendar actions, presell launches and in-store events.
• Engage with customers to build brand awareness.
• Participate in morning and department meetings with management.
• Collaborate with management to drive all aspects of the business.
• Coordinate event presell, goals and setup.
• Open and close when located in boutique.
