Seasonal, Facility Maintenance Specialist

Job Responsibilities

As a seasonal Operations Specialist, you will handle non-system duties such as delivering supplies, performing basic maintenance repairs, and assisting with the setup and closing of offices.

1. Perform basic building maintenance including replacing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, cleaning HVAC vents, minor electrical work, and repairing broken items. For complex repairs, notify the District Operations Coordinator (DOC).
2. Deliver supplies and materials to tax offices.
3. Assist with annual setup and closing of seasonal tax offices, including setting up according to planogram, installing signage, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring brand standards.
4. Attend required training sessions.
5. Ensure the office is secured after hours.
6. Communicate operational tasks with the DOC.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned by the DOC.

Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills and Experience:

• Basic reading skills.
• Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office, including virtual tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel between locations.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs.
• Decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational, prioritization, and project coordination skills.
• Effective communication skills (oral, written, interpersonal).
• Time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to follow instructions.
