Job summary

Arapahoe Basin is seeking a Food & Beverage Roving Manager to provide flexible front‑of‑house leadership across Legend's Café and 6th Alley Bar & Grill. You will act as Manager on Duty and support other F&B managers to deliver Legendary service and great food in a high‑altitude resort setting.

This role requires 2 years of F&B supervisory experience, strong communications, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• 2 years cash handling experience.
• Prior F&B experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills for guest interaction.
• Multitasking and strong time management abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability are essential.
• Must wear non-slip footwear.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to ensure best food experience.
• Open and close various F&B outlets; manage labor and cash.
• Monitor service standards across cashiering, bussing, hosting.
• Complete daily/weekly cleaning checklists.
• Maintain equipment and appliances.
• Coordinate with F&B leadership on messaging.
• Hold staff accountable for attendance, grooming, and service level.
• Support event setup, service, and payment collection.
• Support sustainability goals in bussing and waste sorting.
• Fulfill duties of Café Team Members when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
