Job summary

Arapahoe Basin is seeking an Assistant Manager for Black Mountain Lodge, overseeing day-to-day front-of-house operations and leading a team of about 15 restaurant staff. You will train, schedule, coach, and resolve guest and employee issues while maintaining service standards and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management or supervisor experience.
• 2 years of Cash Handling experience.
• 2 years restaurant front of house experience.
• Ability to keep focus in a crowded setting.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily tasks of about 15 restaurant employees (bartenders, servers, hosts, bussers, cooks, dishwashers).
• Act as Manager in their absence and assist front-of-house operations.
• Train staff in cash handling and service standards.
• Enforce health codes and inventory for front-of-house items.
• Coordinate events and ensure quality guest experience.
• Collaborate with F&B management for cohesive messaging.
