Arapahoe Basin is seeking a Food and Beverage roving manager to supervise front-of-house operations across Legend's Café and 6th Alley Bar & Grill. This seasonal role covers coverage in our F&B outlets and acts as manager on duty as needed.

You will train staff, oversee service standards, manage open/close duties, assist with scheduling and payroll, and support group functions while advancing our sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in management or supervision.
• 2+ years cash handling experience.
• Prior F&B experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication; guest-facing.
• Flexible and adaptable; weekends/holidays available.
• Must provide non-slip footwear.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, train, coach F&B staff and act as on-floor manager.
• Open/close outlets; manage labor and cash handling.
• Monitor service standards with the team.
• Ensure daily/weekly cleaning checklists.
• Support group events and special functions.
• Help achieve sustainability goals in bussing and waste.
• Cover Café team duties when needed.
