Arapahoe Basin, part of Alterra Mountain Company, seeks energetic seasonal servers for our mountain restaurant. Welcome guests, take orders, and provide attentive service in a fast-paced, high-altitude setting.

This role offers an hourly wage of $15.00 plus tips, with perks including season passes and employee discounts. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred; housing is not provided.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position does NOT come with employee housing.

WAGE:

The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of Arapahoe Basin's hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, and responsibilities. The range listed is just one component of Arapahoe Basin's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.Hourly pay range: $15.00/hour + Tips

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Use full range of body motion: bend, twist, kneel, push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, and navigate stairs throughout your shift.
• Withstand high altitude conditions at all times.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• You'll be working in a lively, guest-facing restaurant at high elevation-with occasional outdoor tasks in snowy conditions. Expect fast-paced shifts, high-volume guest interaction, and a team that's as passionate about the mountain as you are.
