Job summary

The Little Nell in Aspen seeks an Employee Dining Room Attendant to ensure a welcoming internal dining experience. You will maintain a clean, stocked EDR, support the chef and cooks, and help with food preparation during winter service.

This is a full-time seasonal role with benefits including PTO and ski passes, offering a unique chance to work at an iconic Five-Star, Five-Diamond hotel in Snowmass/Aspen. The role emphasizes teamwork and high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of food preparation experience preferred.
• ServSafe or similar food safety certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain salad bars and hot-holding stations.
• Prep, stock and replenish salad bar items and dry-stock products.
• Transport prepared food from kitchen to service areas.
• Stock and maintain plate ware, utensils, glassware, and service items.
• Transport clean and dirty dishware between service areas and dish station.
• Clean and sanitize coffee machine and beverage fountain equipment.
• Ensure proper labeling and dating of all food items, including allergy notes.
• Cool down end-of-service items and store per guidelines.
• Assist the EDR Chef and cooks with prep tasks as needed.
• Report malfunctioning equipment to the EDR Chef.
