Job summary

Innovative Ag Services Seasonal is seeking dependable seasonal Operation team members to help manage inventory and logistics during our busiest window (Sept. – Nov.). It’s fast-paced, high-impact work that keeps our local agriculture community moving forward.

You will provide daily location operations support, maintain location equipment and facilities, and participate in safety training. A valid driver’s license, reliability, and the ability to organize and multitask are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Displays initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing assignments efficiently.
• Ability to organize, deal with change effectively, and work on multiple tasks concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Report to assigned workplace at the time specified; report late arrivals or absences to supervisor prior to start time.
• Operation and maintenance of equipment and facilities as assigned.
• Assist and follow preventative maintenance activities and record.
• Assist with the distribution of farm supply products and grain when assigned.
• Maintain the cleanliness of shop and warehouse areas in which you are working.
• Participate in safety and job-related training programs provided by the company.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety and conduct.
• Create a positive, professional image to customers and the community.
• Maintain required licenses, physicals, etc., necessary to perform job requirements.
• Accept and carry out other assigned duties given by the location manager.
