LAZ Parking is seeking a Seasonal Event Supervisor to lead frontline event staff and oversee parking and guest services at concerts, sports, festivals, and other events. You will coordinate staffing, monitor traffic flow, coach team members, and ensure a safe, welcoming guest experience during high-volume events.

Ideal candidates enjoy fast-paced environments, possess strong communication skills, and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise seasonal event staff during assigned events.
• Oversee parking and guest service operations.
• Monitor traffic flow and adjust staffing as needed.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with venue personnel, security, and partners as needed.
