Job summary

The Jefferson Hotel is seeking a Seasonal Door Staff member to join our Guest Services team. You will warmly greet guests, open doors, assist with luggage, and coordinate with Bell Staff and Valet to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.

Ideal candidates are polished, service-driven, and able to work outdoors in varying weather. Must hold a Virginia driver’s license with a clean record and be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

• Polished and professional appearance for a luxury hotel.
• Must be able to stand, assist guests, and coordinate with Bell Staff/Valet.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at arrival and departure.
• Open doors and offer assistance or directions as needed.
• Assist with luggage and coordinate with Bell Staff/Valet for seamless service.
• Communicate with Front Desk and security to manage guest flow.
• Maintain a neat entrance area and monitor activity for safety.
