Qualifications

• Previous guest service or concierge experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of Washington, DC attractions, dining, cultural venues, and transportation options.
• Polished, professional demeanor with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide personalized service and build positive guest relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Welcome, register, and check out guests in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner.
• Handle guest arrivals, departures, room assignments, and billing inquiries accurately.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel services, amenities, policies, and promotions.
• Coordinate guest room reservations, dining reservations, room service requests, and transportation arrangements.
• Arrange restaurant reservations, transportation, sightseeing tours, tickets, and special guest requests.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively create memorable experiences.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, attractions, and service providers.
