The Jefferson Hotel in Richmond, VA is seeking a dependable Valet Attendant to provide professional parking and vehicle retrieval with care and efficiency. This role supports guests in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment with AM/PM shifts, including weekends and holidays.

You will handle keys, document vehicle details, assist with doors and light luggage, and keep the valet area organized while following safety protocols. A valid Virginia drivers license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Hospitality experience a plus.
• Valid Virginia drivers license with 0+ points on driving record.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

• Welcomes guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
• Assist with opening doors and light luggage support as needed.

The Jefferson Hotel is seeking a dependable and guest-focused Full-Time & Part-Time Valet Attendant to join our Valet Services team. This role is responsible for providing professional parking and vehicle retrieval services while ensuring the utmost care, safety, and efficiency in every guest interaction.
