An established industry player is seeking an Engineering Equipment Operator who can operate heavy machinery with confidence and reliability. This role requires a current Class B Commercial Driver's License and the ability to work independently while ensuring safety on the job. You will be responsible for operating various equipment to move and load materials, ensuring efficiency and safety in challenging conditions. Have the ability to do the work of and be an Engineering Equipment Operator without more than normal supervision. This includes operating heavy engineering equipment such as gasoline or diesel-powered machinery, five cubic-yard dump trucks, road graders, and front-end loaders. Operate equipment to move and load materials like dirt and rocks. Experience in operating vehicles with auxiliary attachments and trash trucks is also required. You should be capable of operating various equipment and trucks on congested roadways, in inclement weather, and on steep or narrow roads.
Must possess a current Class B or higher Commercial Driver's License by the closing date of this announcement.

CTAP/ICTAP: Current surplus and displaced Federal employees with special priority under the Agency Career Transition Assistance Program (CTAP) or Interagency Career Transition Assistance Program (ICTAP) must be well qualified to receive consideration. "Well qualified" means meeting OPM standards, all selective placement factors, and being rated at least at the well qualified level on all competencies.
